Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup elbow pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 cup milk room tempature
  • 8 oz velvetta cut into cubes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta as directed, and drain.
  • In a medium saucepan melt the butter.
  • Blend in the flour, salt, & pepper.
  • Add the milk in slowly, while whisking.
  • Cook until thick & bubbly, while whisking.
  • Add the velvetta and stir until all combined and or melted.
  • Mix the cheese sauce & pasta.
  • Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  • Place shredded cheese on top and bake another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
