Ingredients
  

For Dough

  • 4 ½ tsp active dry yest
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 3 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Topping

  • pizza sauce your choice
  • shredded cheese your choice
  • additional toppings

Instructions
 

For Dough

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Dissolve yeast and sugar in water; allow to rest for 8 minutes.
  • Add flour and salt and mix to form dough. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 2 minutes.
  •  Roll out with a rolling pin until it’s about 1/4 inch thick. Use a glass or cookie cutter to form the size and shapes of the pizzas you’d like.
  • Place pizzas on baking sheet and poke with a fork to prevent air pockets.
  • Bake for 5 minutes. Remove, let cool and serve.
  • Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

For Toppings

  • Leave the oven on 425 degrees.
  • Put your tomato sauce base, cheese, and your choice of toppings.
  • Bake 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Enjoy

Notes

    You can make a large or two medium pizzas too! Just don't bake the dough during the first steps. Make it as directed, put toppings on, then bake!
