Chinese Red Sauce (Sweet & Sour Sauce)
Ingredients
- ½ cup ketchup
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ cup rice wine vinegar
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; Mix well.
- Add to cooked dish and toss until reduced and thickened.
